Wish Title Clip Speed - change default setting and add field blending option  
Wish Description When the Clip Speed is changed have the Processing option default to "None" instead of "Deinterlace when speed is below 100%". Add Field Blend and Field Deinterlace options, like in the Old Movie filter. Default to field blend or deinterlace.
